WP AI Forms includes a built-in Submissions dashboard where you can view, manage, and export all form entries — no third-party tools required.

Viewing submissions
All submitted form entries are stored in the WordPress admin.
- Go to WP AI Forms → Submissions
- Each row represents a single form submission
- Click a row to view the full submission details, including:
- All submitted field values
- Submission date and time
- The form the submission belongs to
Submissions are displayed in a clear, readable layout so you can quickly scan or review individual entries.
Filtering submissions by form
If you use multiple forms, you can easily filter submissions to focus on a specific one.
- Use the Form filter at the top of the Submissions page
- Select a form to show only submissions from that form
- You can also see submissions per page
- Clear the filter to view submissions from all forms again
This makes it easy to manage high volumes of entries or review results for a specific campaign or page.
Marking submissions as read / unread
Each submission has a read status to help you keep track of what you’ve already reviewed.
- Unread submissions are marked with a envelop
- Read submissions show an checkmark
You can:
- You can make all new submissions read by clicking the button Mark all as read.
- Quickly identify new submissions at a glance
- Use this as a lightweight workflow for teams or admins handling incoming entries
Exporting submissions
You can export submissions at any time for reporting, backups, or sharing with clients.
- Click Export admin page under the WP AI Forms menu.
- Export:
- Check all forms you want to export the submissions
- Select between CSV, Excel, XML, JSON format
The file includes all form fields and submission metadata, making it easy to open in Excel, Google Sheets, or import into other tools.
